SHIPPING POLICY – RISE N MART
1. Free Delivery Across UAE
We offer 100% FREE shipping on all orders delivered anywhere in the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. No minimum order, no hidden fees.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on all orders across the UAE.
- You pay only the product price at your doorstep — no delivery charge, no COD fee.
- Please keep the exact amount ready. Our delivery partners may not always carry change.
- We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm COD orders. If we cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 12–24 hours, Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM GST).
- Orders placed after 6 PM or on Sunday will be processed the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 working days
- Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–4 working days
Working days exclude Fridays and UAE public holidays. Delays during Ramadan, National Day, or bad weather will be notified by SMS/WhatsApp.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track your order on our website using your order number.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us. You can request a redelivery at no extra cost.
7. Address Accuracy
Please provide your complete address with building name, flat/villa number, and active mobile number. Rise N Mart is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
8. Damaged or Wrong Item
Check your parcel at the time of delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please record a short video and contact us within 24 hours at support@risenmart.com with your order number.
